Bringing back the colours

At heart we are still at college having fun; in reality we are working a 40-hour week in corporate. This transition is never easy. We found ourselves drained on Fridays, gloomy on Mondays. Yes, we love love our job, and we are on an incredible learning curve. But the toll on our mental health was undeniable.
Amidst this, we stumbled upon an unexpected remedy — art. We found our joy through painting. It started as initial curiosity, but it crept in us and had a wonderful impact.
The simple act of wielding a brush brought back the vibrancy we thought we had lost. We found ourselves much more creative, happy and much more productive. Literally and figuratively, we brought back the colours to our lives. To people struggling really hard, we would definitely suggest therapy. But to corporate toddlers like us, do consider getting a box of paint and a brush. It could do wonders!
